ETHICAL LINE
Clever’s Ethics Hotline is an anonymous and confidential communication channel that allows for reporting potential irregular or unethical behavior detected in the workplace or in relation to the activities carried out by the Company or its employees.
The Ethics Hotline is supervised by an Integrity Committee, which evaluates and establishes the appropriate actions to be taken regarding the reported situations.
It serves as an alternative for those who do not feel comfortable raising these issues personally. Among other things, it allows for the channeling of complaints related to:
